We reimagined whisky through food—and turned The Singleton into the category’s fastest grower.
To elevate The Singleton and introduce it to new audiences, we partnered with MasterChef’s Poh Ling Yeow to transform the traditional sushi train into an exclusive three-month pop-up dining experience at QT Melbourne.

The immersive activation featured a conceptual fit-out, curated styling, and elevated service, blending whisky with a fresh take on food culture.

The campaign exceeded expectations, generating 1,500 bookings and driving a +33.1% sales increase, making The Singleton the fastest-growing brand in its category during the period. Beyond commercial success, the activation firmly established The Singleton in food culture, expanding its appeal and attracting a new wave of whisky drinkers.
