Meet Andy and Rebecca
At the heart of Example are its founders Andy El-Bayeh and Rebecca Jarvie-Gibbs.
With almost two decades of experience, they’ve helped shape hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle brands from the inside out. Before founding Example, they played a key role in elevating Australia’s leading hospitality group to the top of its game.
Since 2017, they’ve taken that impact global.
Their distinct synergy and unique earned-led approach has redefined success for brands across Australia and beyond from industry leaders to bold newcomers.

So to create our new home in 2019, we did exactly that. Welcome to Example House in the heart of Rushcutters Bay. Home to a collaboration with Bonham Gallery, Example House is equal parts office space and gallery. It showcases a global collection of furniture, art and lifestyle pieces that reflect our creative spirit.
